Ergonomic Compact YAC 70 Shirt Finisher

YAC 70 series is designed for low to medium operation facility. This single sleeve body shirt press is ideal for 100-500 shirts per day or 500-2,500 shirts per week production. The main advantage of high speed with the compact system is that it allows the operator to perform the shirt finishing in short amount of time freeing him/her to perform other duties. Example is that one operator can finish pressing 200 shirts within three hours and he/she can do something else.

Ergonomic Shirt Press System.

YAC 70 series shirt press is designed to minimize the operator fatigue and improve him/her efficiency. A relaxed operator can produce the far better quality of finished shirts at the much higher quantity.

Industrial unique front split heat plate allows operator to load shirts and sleeves at the same place without moving or stepping around. The rotational control panel unit also allows the operator to adjust the position of press buttons to the desired location. Please take a look at the video presentation below to verify how many steps the operator moves when loading a shirt on the body unit. Unlike other system, you may recognize that he does not need to move around.

Tall Buck and Heat plate

YAC 70 is designed for strong and tall Europeans. One (1) meter tall buck accommodates most shirts worn in European countries. Yet, extra slim body (buck) allows the smaller shirt to finish at good quality, too.

Side Stretch with Hot Air Blow

Finishing the side of the shirt and arm pit with good quality is challenging for many equipment makers. The width of the shirt needs to be adjusted automatically to create a good quality finishing. YAC design engineers provide the solution to the problem with steady mechanical side stretches which expend along with the design of the shirt. With the hot air blow along with the mechanical side stretches make a perfect side finishing quality.

YAC uses industry standard rigid PLC control system from industry well known manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Panasonic and Omron. YAC also uses famous brands parts from IDEC, SMC, YHK, and Fuji. Most of control and automation parts used in the equipment can be purchased at open market at the reasonable price at your convenience.
